Ok so the above description is taken directly from their site... thus the link back. This site looks cool and it is a really unique concept. Buyers register and suposedly they are qualified pre-approved buyers. They set up the paramaters for the home / property they are looking to purchase and sit back and wait for sellers to make offers to sell them their home. Sellers have to pay a fee to make what they call a reverse offer... or an offer to sell their house or other property at a particular price to the buyer.
